These terms apply when you use Pellows Travel on WhatsApp or on this website. Pellows Travel is operated by Cambiar Tech. By using it you agree to these terms.

What Pellows does

Pellows helps you find stays and travel services and books the ones you approve with the property or provider. During our pilot, Pellows is available by invitation.

Prices and bookings

• Before you approve, we show the exact total, currency, what is due now and later, and the cancellation terms. If anything material changes, we ask you to approve again.
• A price we show is a quote, not a hold, until the booking is confirmed.
• A booking is confirmed only when we tell you the property or provider has confirmed it. Some stays are request-to-book: the host must accept first.
• Where payment is arranged by our team, we will contact you with secure payment details; we never ask for card details in chat.

Cancellations and changes

Each booking follows the cancellation terms shown when you approved it. Message us on WhatsApp for help with changes or problems during your stay.

Hosts

Hosts must have the right to list their property, keep their information accurate, honour confirmed bookings, and follow local laws. We review every listing and may decline, pause or remove listings and hosts.

Using Pellows responsibly

Do not misuse Pellows, impersonate others, attempt to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may stop serving anyone who does.

Responsibility

Properties and providers are responsible for the services they deliver. To the extent the law allows, Pellows is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms and will note the date above. Bookings already confirmed keep the terms you approved.
