Delete your data

You can ask Pellows Travel, operated by Cambiar Tech, to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.

How to ask

Email info@cambiartech.co with the subject "Delete my Pellows data", and include the WhatsApp number you used with Pellows, or
Send "delete my data" to Pellows on WhatsApp, and our team will follow up.

We confirm the request comes from you, then delete your conversations, trip details and profile within 30 days.
Hosts: we delete your application and listing details, and your listing is removed from Pellows.
We keep only what the law requires, such as records of completed bookings and payments, and delete it when that period ends.

We will confirm by email or WhatsApp once your data has been deleted.
