If a traveler cancels

A calendar link is the single best way to avoid a double booking. It only tells us which dates are busy; it gives Pellows no access to your account.

Booking.com: Extranet → Rates & availability → Sync calendars → Export calendar → copy the link.

Google Calendar: Settings → your calendar → Secret address in iCal format.
